About this fabric

The rich wine-red tone reads as a dark, warm burgundy, while the close chenille texture creates gentle variation rather than a printed motif. Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide fabric is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable, with domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The restrained woven texture keeps the colour sophisticated and easy to use across larger upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use this deep burgundy on a statement sofa, dining chair or buttoned armchair where its warm red depth can anchor neutral walls and timber. Pair it with aged brass, walnut and softer blush or oatmeal accents to balance the saturated colour.
