About this fabric
Made from 100% polyester, this velvet has a dense-looking, softly shaded surface in a deep burgundy tone that becomes gently lighter and darker across the swatch. Its 138cm width makes it suitable for contract and domestic upholstery applications. CAM1755 is machine washable, offering practical aftercare alongside its richer, more formal appearance. The fabric is rated for Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use this dark wine-plum colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard, where its nap can create subtle depth across larger surfaces. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass or muted neutrals to balance the intensity of the burgundy.
