About this fabric
Made from 100% polyester, this velvet has a rich deep-green appearance that moves from shadowed forest tones to slightly lighter green where the pile reflects the light. The plain surface keeps the colourway focused, while the soft velvet texture adds depth without introducing a motif. At 138cm wide, it is specified for both contract and domestic upholstery. Aftercare is machine washable, and the fabric has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Pair this dark forest green with warm timber, aged brass or smoked neutral upholstery for a grounded, enveloping scheme. Its light-catching pile works particularly well on a statement armchair, headboard or tailored sofa where the depth of colour can be seen across the form.
