About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a subtle, closely textured surface that shifts softly between sage green and cool grey in the light. The restrained vertical grain keeps the colourway calm and tailored rather than decorative. BEL1988 is graded for Contract and Domestic upholstery, making it suitable for seating and other upholstered applications. It is machine washable, with Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this cool, muted sage-green upholstery with warm timber, chalky neutrals and soft grey accents for a composed room scheme. Its low-contrast texture works particularly well on sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards where the colour can remain the focus.
