About this fabric

The light blue-grey colourway shifts subtly between misty grey and cooler blue tones, while the chenille texture catches the light across the swatch. Made from 100% polyester and woven at 138cm wide, it is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. BEL1983 is machine washable, and although its stated flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match, it can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The low-contrast surface keeps the colour calm and adaptable while retaining more visual interest than a completely flat plain.

How to use it

Pair this cool, pale blue-grey with crisp whites, chalky neutrals and softly weathered timber for an airy scheme, or use it to temper darker blue and charcoal accents. Its subtle chenille texture is well suited to upholstered sofas, occasional chairs and headboards.
