About this fabric
This Cambio colourway has a dark crimson-red tone, sitting between vivid scarlet and deep wine, with subtle variation across the velvet pile. The close, even surface has the characteristic soft nap and restrained sheen of velvet rather than a visible woven motif. Made from 100% polyester and measuring 138cm wide, it is rated for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and supplied with Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use the deep crimson shade on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its low, warm-red depth can anchor neutral walls and timber. The softly reflective nap also suits tailored upholstery with simple lines, allowing the colour to provide the drama.
