About this fabric
CAM1745 is a 100% polyester velvet, supplied at 138cm wide for contract and domestic upholstery. The dense-looking pile catches the light unevenly, giving this vivid red colourway a rich, dimensional finish rather than a flat primary red. The fabric is machine washable, and its flame retardancy is suitable for Domestic Cig & Match; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The strong crimson tone and plush surface make the colour particularly suited to statement seating and upholstered furniture.
How to use it
Use this intense crimson velvet on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard where its shifting red nap can provide depth. Balance the saturated colour with warm neutrals, dark timber or brushed metal for a rich, confident scheme.
