About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has a close, tactile pile that catches the light in softly darker and brighter vertical areas across the swatch. The deep golden ochre tone feels warm and grounded rather than bright yellow, giving plain upholstery a sense of depth. CAM1739 is suitable for Contract and Domestic upholstery and is machine washable. It has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this warm ochre-gold velvet with dark timber, aged brass and muted olive or brown accents to emphasise its autumnal depth. It would add plush colour to a statement armchair, dining seat or upholstered headboard.
