ALT4225 brings a mellow golden-mustard note to the Alto collection. Its close-up surface shows short chenille yarns forming a compact, uneven horizontal weave, with pale and grey-brown threads breaking up the yellow.

About this fabric

This chenille has a golden mustard ground, threaded with fine beige and taupe-grey flecks that give the close weave softly mottled depth. The slightly irregular horizontal texture catches the light in small shifts, moving from brighter honeyed gold to more muted olive-taupe notes across the surface. It is made from 84% polyester and 16% recycled cotton, supplied at 138cm wide. Classed as Domestic upholstery grade, ALT4225 is machine washable and carries Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this warm, muted gold on a domestic armchair, dining seat or compact sofa where its textured weave can add depth without a printed motif. Balance the mustard tone with chalky neutrals, warm taupes or darker brown wood.
