About this fabric

This chenille is made from 84% polyester and 16% recycled cotton, supplied at 138cm wide. The image shows a predominantly ivory base with oatmeal-beige interruptions rather than a flat solid, while the tiny woven variation keeps the tone softly dimensional. Rated Domestic upholstery grade, it is machine washable and specified for Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy. Its compact textured appearance makes it a practical choice for domestic upholstered seating where a pale neutral with subtle visual movement is wanted.

How to use it

Use ALT4218 on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm ivory tone can brighten the room without appearing stark. Pair it with oatmeal, natural timber and soft beige accents to draw out the woven flecks.

Use the warm ivory base and fine beige variation to bring gentle texture to domestic seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
