About this fabric

The small-scale woven texture shifts between sandy taupe, muted beige and darker brown-charcoal threads, so the surface reads as deep and softly variegated rather than flat. Its dense chenille construction has a substantial, nubby appearance suited to domestic upholstery. ALT4227 is made from 84% polyester and 16% recycled cotton, with a 138cm width. It is domestic grade, machine washable, and rated for Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this warm, earthy taupe on a sofa, armchair or upholstered headboard where its dark flecks can disguise everyday variation while adding texture. It works naturally with walnut, aged oak, cream textiles and charcoal accents.
