About this fabric

The swatch shows an unpatterned velvet in a deep chocolate-brown shade, with gentle tonal variation across its plush-looking surface. Made from 100% polyester, it is 138cm wide and suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The fabric is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to achieve Crib 5 contract grade. Its dark brown depth and restrained sheen make the colourway feel especially enveloping on upholstered furniture.

How to use it

Pair this deep chocolate tone with warm timber, aged brass and creamy upholstery accents for a cocooning, grounded room. It also works as a rich contrast against pale stone or softly textured neutral walls.
