About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this velvet has a plain face with subtle directional variation in the pile rather than a printed or woven motif. Its olive-brown tone sits between khaki and deep taupe, giving the colourway a grounded, low-contrast character. At 138cm wide, it is graded for Contract and Domestic upholstery and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy. Machine-washable aftercare adds practical flexibility to its richer velvet appearance.

How to use it

Use SAP3754 on a deep-buttoned chair, bench or sofa where its muted olive-brown tone can bring warmth without becoming bright or dominant. Pair it with chalky neutrals, aged brass and dark timber to emphasise the velvet’s softly changing pile.

Use this softly shaded olive-brown velvet on statement seating, dining chairs or an upholstered headboard with warm timber and neutral textiles.
