Prague Olive

Prague Olive from Porter & Stone’s Misc collection is a fabric with a 140cm width, a 30cm pattern repeat and a composition of 48% PES, 43% viscose and 9% cotton. The swatch shows a stitched, collage-like design built from square panels, ring motifs, narrow stripes and textured grounds, giving it a crafted, almost textile-art feel. Its colourway is distinctly muted, with olive and khaki notes softened by taupe and beige sections, then anchored by darker brown and near-black accents that sharpen the pattern. The overall effect is earthy and dimensional rather than bright, and the mixed fibres give the surface a gently varied finish that suits the complex design. No performance features are noted, so this version is best chosen for decorative use where the pattern can be fully appreciated.

Use Prague Olive on an accent chair, ottoman or occasional headboard where the olive-brown palette can sit against oak, leather and linen. It also works well in a scheme with muted greens and warm neutrals, letting the patchwork pattern become the focal point.
