About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is woven in a 62% viscose and 38% polyester blend, with a 140cm width and a pattern repeat of 24.5cm vertical by 34cm horizontal. The design pairs a muted rosy background with a dark wine-coloured leaf trail, giving the surface a warm, slightly antique feel. In the image, the contrast is strong enough to keep the motif crisp, while the ground colour softens the overall look into something more relaxed than sharp. The cloth appears suitable for either upholstery or drapery depending on the project, and the dense all-over pattern helps disguise everyday wear.

How to use it

Use it to bring depth to a pair of curtains, or upholster a statement chair where the burgundy pattern can be seen close up. It works especially well with aged brass, walnut, and soft cream paint colours.

Rich and patterned, it brings warmth and character to both curtains and upholstery.
