About this fabric
This Porter & Stone fabric is supplied at 140cm wide with a 30cm pattern repeat, and the composition of 48% PES, 43% viscose and 9% cotton gives the cloth a crisp yet tactile feel. In this colourway, the teal reads deep and slightly smoky rather than bright, with the weave catching the light in a matte, cloth-like way. Chocolate brown blocks and narrow taupe and pale blue bands break up the design, adding depth and a tailored, patchworked rhythm. The overall look is confident and structured, with enough texture to keep the pattern from feeling flat.
How to use it
Use Prague Teal on a clean-lined armchair, ottoman or dining seats where the large check can be seen across the full surface. It also works well with warm timber, putty neutrals and aged brass, which suit the subdued teal tone.
Best for statement seating or tailored cushions, where the rich teal and brown checks can show properly.
