About this fabric

This Sapore fabric is a 100% polyester velvet, woven at 138cm wide for contract and domestic upholstery. The colour reads as a deep blue-green teal, with darker cloudy areas and gentle highlights where the velvet nap catches the light. The plain surface has no visible motif, allowing the tonal variation and soft pile to provide the visual interest. SAP3761 is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use the deep teal tone on a statement sofa, occasional chair or headboard, pairing it with warm timber, aged brass and quieter blue-green or neutral textiles. Directional brushing of the velvet will emphasise the darker and lighter shifts across upholstered curves.

Use this deep teal velvet to bring saturated colour and softly shifting texture to upholstered seating.
