About this fabric

This plain velvet reads as a soft near-cream rather than a stark white, with subtle warm depth in the shaded areas and a delicate sheen where the pile catches the light. The faint vertical shifts across the surface give the colourway a tactile, lightly clouded appearance without introducing a visible pattern. Made from 100% polyester and measuring 138cm wide, it is specified for both contract and domestic upholstery. SAP3751 is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this pale ivory colourway to brighten an upholstered armchair, headboard or sofa while keeping the room calm and tonal. Pair its warm cream note with natural timber, soft taupe and muted stone shades, or use it as a light counterpoint to darker furniture.
