About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this chenille has a compact woven texture that gives the dark colour quiet visual movement without introducing a pattern. The blue-charcoal shade reads cool and architectural in shadow, while the raised chenille surface brings out a softer grey glint in brighter light. At 138cm wide, it is suitable for upholstery and is graded for both Contract and Domestic use. ROM4187 is machine washable and offers Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-charcoal on a structured sofa, dining chair or headboard to create a grounded, tailored scheme. Pair it with pale grey, chalky white or warm timber so the subtle blue cast remains visible rather than reading as flat black.
