About this fabric

The woven surface is densely patterned with long-winged birds in flight, their pale grey and cream feathers standing out clearly from the burgundy ground. Ochre-gold bodies, cobalt-blue accents and fine pale trails add small flashes of colour, while curling darker cloud forms fill the spaces between the birds. The deep red tone reads warm, shaded and substantial rather than bright, giving the design a confident, decorative presence. No performance features are noted in the supplied record.
