About this fabric

The visible surface has a fine woven texture, with dark outlines defining the scrolling cloud forms and the birds’ long, patterned feathers. Pheasants appear in blue, rust, cream, grey and ochre accents, creating striking detail against the burgundy-red background. The large-scale repeat reads as an ornate decorative textile, with the darker ground adding depth around each motif. No composition, width, rub-test or performance features are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this deep burgundy colourway on a statement armchair, footstool or occasional seat where its blue, ochre and pale feather details can be appreciated. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and quieter plain fabrics to balance its detailed pattern.
