Almeria Red

Sandford FabricF4895-01

Almeria Red shows a bold vertical stripe with a deep burgundy ground and lighter cream pinstripes running through it. The finish reads polished rather than flat, with a subtle sheen that lifts the darker red bands.

About this fabric

This Sandford fabric is composed of 57% Cotton and 43% Viscose, giving the stripes a smooth, lightly lustrous surface and a more tailored feel. The repeat is V 6cm / H 16cm approx, which suits the clear, orderly stripe rhythm visible in the image. At 134cm approx wide, it offers useful flexibility for upholstery or drapery projects. Almeria Red has a warm, wine-toned depth: the red is strong and saturated, while the pale stripe detail keeps the design crisp and legible.

How to use it

Use Almeria Red on a chair, bench or headboard where the vertical stripe can sharpen the silhouette. Its burgundy tone pairs well with dark wood, aged brass and soft neutrals.

A rich striped fabric that adds warmth and structure to tailored interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
