About this fabric

This Sandford colourway from Colefax and Fowler is woven in 57% Cotton and 43% Viscose, giving the stripe a smooth yet lightly lustrous handle. The design has an approximate vertical repeat of 6cm and horizontal repeat of 16cm, with the slender stripes reading clearly across the 134cm approx width. In this beige palette, the warmer bands sit against a paler ground for a restrained, sun-baked look that feels softer than a sharp taupe and less creamy than ivory. The fine linear pattern and mid-weight character make it a versatile choice for interiors that need quiet structure without feeling heavy.

How to use it

Use Almeria Beige for upholstered dining chairs, banquettes or pared-back curtains where the vertical stripe can add lift. Its warm neutral tone sits neatly with oak, limestone and muted green accents.

A softly tailored neutral that works well across seating and window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
