About this colour

This shade reads as a soft, cool green with enough grey in it to keep the colour from feeling sharp. In north-facing rooms it will lean a little quieter and more muted, with the cooler light strengthening its grey-green side. In south-facing light it stays gentle and fresh, but the extra warmth in the room brings out a slightly fuller green. It sits neatly beside natural oak, painted joinery, oatmeal wools, and pale patterning without competing with them. In Flat Matt it will look soft and understated on walls; in Eggshell or Soft Sheen it becomes a practical choice for woodwork and cabinetry.

How to use it

Order it with the cloth

A pot comes off the same order as the fabric, so the wall and the chair in front of it are chosen together. The making is ours: cut, sewn and fitted in our own Heybridge workshop, with Simon over every stage.
