Erfoud Sandalo

Fabrics Fabric132

Erfoud Sandalo is shown here in a deep oxblood red, with the colour settling into a dark, warmly muted textile surface. Its fine, closely spaced weave gives the swatch a quietly tactile appearance rather than a printed or overtly patterned one.

About this fabric

The visible surface is formed by a small, even weave that creates subtle horizontal and vertical definition across the cloth. This oxblood colourway has a wine-like depth, with the red reading darker where the weave turns away from the light and slightly warmer across the face of the swatch. No composition, width, rub test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric, so the close woven texture is the defining detail available here. As a catalogued fabric rather than wallpaper, its balanced apparent weight makes it suitable to consider for both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Use the deep oxblood tone on a tailored armchair, bench or cushion for a grounded accent, or repeat it in structured curtains where its dark red depth can add warmth without a bright, saturated effect.

Use this deep oxblood weave to bring warmth and tailored depth to seating or softly structured window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
