Fabrics Fabric100

Fenner Navy by Dedar is a vertically striped woven textile combining deep navy with cool grey and soft cream. Its fine surface texture gives the dark blue a softly broken, tactile appearance rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The design is made up of alternating vertical bands, with darker navy stripes set against pale cream, grey and lighter blue-grey grounds. Stripe widths vary across the swatch, creating a measured rhythm while retaining a clean, tailored look. A fine, closely textured weave is visible throughout, gently softening the contrast between the navy and the lighter tones. With no additional performance or composition specifications supplied, the fabric is best assessed visually as a versatile mid-weight textile for upholstery or drapery.

How to use it

Use Fenner Navy to add cool, structured contrast to an otherwise pale room, particularly on a tailored chair, bench or simple curtain. Pair it with chalky whites, blue-grey paint and darker navy accents to draw out the colourway’s layered depth.

The cool navy, grey and cream stripe brings tailored contrast to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
