Microgramma Electric Blue

Fire-retardant Fabric001

Microgramma Electric Blue is a highly detailed textile of closely packed hexagons, shown here in saturated electric blue with navy depth and bright flecks. The tiny repeated geometry gives the surface a precise, almost tessellated character.

About this fabric

The pattern is formed from small outlined hexagonal cells, each holding a lighter central mark that makes the blue field shimmer with pinpoint contrast. Electric blue is the dominant tone, while darker navy around the cells adds depth and keeps the overall effect grounded rather than bright and flat. A visibly textured, compact weave reinforces the structured appearance of the design and suits upholstery-led applications. This fabric is catalogued as a textile in Dedar’s Fire-retardant collection.

How to use it

Pair the cool electric blue with charcoal, ink, or crisp white for a graphic contemporary scheme, using it on a compact armchair, headboard, or other tailored upholstered piece. The small-scale geometry can also add movement to a larger blue seating form without overwhelming the silhouette.

Use this saturated blue micro-pattern to bring crisp graphic detail to tailored upholstery and contemporary seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
