A Perfect Flower Tegola

Upholstery fabrics Fabric005

A Perfect Flower Tegola is shown here in a deep brick-red colourway, with a close woven surface that gives the plain textile visible depth. Its muted, earthy red reads rich rather than bright, creating a grounded upholstery look.

About this fabric

The swatch has a deep tegola red tone, sitting between brick and burgundy with a softly shaded appearance across the surface. A fine, irregular crossweave is clearly visible, adding tactile character without introducing a separate motif. The low-sheen finish keeps the colour restrained, while the dense-looking texture gives the fabric a smart, substantial presence for upholstery.

How to use it

Use this warm, dark red on a statement armchair, dining seat or sofa where its earthy depth can anchor softer neutrals, dark wood and aged brass. Keep surrounding textiles relatively quiet so the subtle woven texture remains visible.

A rich brick-red woven texture that brings depth and quiet warmth to upholstered furniture.

Pairs well with

A Perfect Flower Tegola is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
