Romilly Red
Romilly FabricF4926-02
Romilly Red shows a tightly worked small geometric pattern in rich brick red, softened by warm cream outlines and darker accents. The overall effect is tailored and classic rather than bright or glossy.

About this fabric
This Romilly fabric is 100% cotton, with an approximate width of 136cm and a vertical and horizontal repeat of 3cm, so the small motif reads as a dense all-over texture. In this colourway the red is deep, earthy and slightly muted, with a warm terracotta edge that keeps it from feeling stark. The pale lattice outlines lift the pattern and give the surface a crisp, ordered rhythm. Its cotton handle and compact scale make it a versatile choice for both upholstery and drapery where a refined, settled look is wanted.
How to use it
Use Romilly Red on an armchair, ottoman or cushion scheme to bring warmth to wood tones and brass. It also works well at a window where the small-scale repeat gives interest without overpowering a room.
A small-scale red lattice that gives upholstery or curtains a tailored, heritage feel.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Romilly Red without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
