Foss Red
Foss Linen II FabricF4218-37
Foss Red is a rich, even brick red linen with the natural crosshatch and gentle slub you expect from a woven linen. The colour sits warm and grounded, with a softly matte finish that keeps the shade tailored rather than glossy.

About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen and measuring approximately 138cm wide, Foss Red has a plain cloth character with no visible repeat, making the focus the colour and texture rather than pattern. The surface shows a fine linen grid and subtle irregularity, giving the red a dry, cloth-like depth that reads slightly earthy rather than bright. This colourway leans towards deep brick and garnet tones, with enough warmth to soften its intensity and enough clarity to hold its shape in a room. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Foss Red on a pair of statement armchairs, a tailored banquette or lined curtains where its warm, dense tone can anchor the scheme. It pairs especially well with oak, aged brass and natural plaster shades.
A rich linen red that brings warmth and structure to tailored interiors.

Pairs well with
Foss Red is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
