Romilly Sage Green

Romilly FabricF4926-01

Romilly Sage Green pairs a cool, muted sage ground with a tiny red-and-olive geometric motif. The result is crisp and orderly, with a softly antique feel rather than a bold decorative contrast.

About this fabric

This colourway is woven in 100% cotton and has a repeat of approximately V 3cm / H 3cm, so the pattern reads as a tight, finely scaled surface rather than a large statement motif. The 136cm approximate width makes it practical for a range of furnishing uses, while the BM fire code supports residential interiors. Visually, the sage ground is pale and slightly greyed, which lets the deeper red accents sit clearly without overpowering the design. The overall effect is tailored and composed, with a dry cotton handle implied by the clean, matte look of the weave.

How to use it

Use it on a pair of upholstered dining chairs, a window seat, or tailored blinds where the small repeat can be appreciated up close. Its muted sage tone sits well with oak, painted timber, and warmer neutral walls.

A neat small-scale sage that works beautifully when you want pattern without visual weight.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
