About this fabric

Biot Nattier from Manuel Canovas is a fabric with a 138cm approximate width and a composition of 40% viscose, 30% linen, 26% cotton and 4% polyester. The surface reads as a fine, nubby weave with tiny horizontal and vertical flecks that blend pale sage, warm greige and muted ivory. Its overall effect is light and airy rather than bold, with the green tone softened by the linen and cotton content. With no repeat and a balanced cloth handle, it sits comfortably in the versatile mid-weight range for either upholstery or drapery. The fire code √BM and care code Q 8 < T 3 are supplied for this exact quality.

How to use it

Use this soft sage colourway to calm a scheme of pale oak, chalky paint and brushed brass. It is especially effective on a small sofa, occasional chair or relaxed curtain where the subtle weave can be seen close up.

A softly muted sage that brings quiet texture and works beautifully across tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
