Hemsworth Aqua

Roscoe FabricF4771-06

Hemsworth Aqua has a softly mottled, woven surface in a muted aqua-green that reads cool and restrained rather than bright. The tiny horizontal striations give the cloth a calm, tailored texture with a subtle matte sheen.

About this fabric

Hemsworth Aqua from the Roscoe collection by Colefax and Fowler is a fabric with no repeat, making the fine woven pattern feel continuous across the width. The composition of 58% viscose, 29% linen and 13% polyester gives it a dry-looking, lightly lustrous handle that suits a polished interior. In this colourway, the aqua sits between sea glass and sage, with greyed notes that keep it subdued and easy to live with. At approximately 140cm wide and finished with Q 8 + T 3 care and √BM fire code, it is a practical decorative fabric with a smart, composed feel.

How to use it

Use Hemsworth Aqua on an occasional chair, banquette or cushion where its cool grey-green tone can quieten darker timber or brass details. It also works well for relaxed drapery, especially in rooms that need a fresh colour without a strong blue statement.

A cool, textural aqua that suits clean-lined upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
