Tarrano Red/Sage

Romilly FabricF4929-02

Tarrano Red/Sage is a softly structured woven with a pale sage ground and fine red linear detailing. Its checked, stepped stripe pattern reads calm and tailored, with a lightly textural finish.

About this fabric

This Romilly fabric combines 44% viscose, 26% linen, 22% polyester and 8% cotton in a cloth that feels versatile rather than overly heavy. The 139cm approximate width and repeated pattern of 45cm vertical and 23cm horizontal create a measured, architectural look across the surface. In this colourway, the sage base is muted and cool, while the red lines bring a warm terracotta note that lifts the design without making it bright. The weave has a dry, linen-led character with enough body for upholstery yet a refined enough handle for curtains and blinds, and it carries a √BH fire code.

How to use it

Use it where you want pattern without loud contrast: a tailored armchair, bench seat or relaxed drapery panel. The sage ground sits well with natural oak, chalky paint colours and muted red accents.

The muted sage ground and terracotta-red stripes give this woven a tailored, quietly classic feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
