About this fabric

The composition is arranged with strong symmetry: a red fox sits at the centre, while blue and turquoise peacocks, peacock-feather motifs and curling leafy stems fill the surrounding ground. The crisp pale background makes the deep teal, cobalt, olive and vivid red details stand out, giving this colourway a bright yet richly layered character. With a 222 gsm weight and 137 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The design has a 62.5 cm vertical repeat and 34.5 cm horizontal repeat, so pattern placement should be considered carefully on larger upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Pair the teal and cobalt feathers with deep blue or olive upholstery accents, and use the red fox as a focused colour cue in cushions, piping or painted furniture. On curtains or a Roman blind, the pale ground will keep the dramatic pattern feeling luminous rather than heavy.
