Kensington Blush

Brodsworth Fabric

Kensington Blush is a quietly tonal colourway, reading as a soft dusty pink with a warm, powdery finish. The surface shows a fine, understated texture that keeps the fabric looking relaxed rather than glossy.

About this fabric

This Brodsworth fabric by Fryett's Fabrics is made from 100% polyester and has a 140cm width, with no pattern repeat to manage in planning. In Kensington Blush, the cloth appears as a muted blush-pink with gentle grey undertones, so the shade feels calm and slightly weathered rather than sweet or bright. The tight, even weave gives the surface a subtle grain that catches the light softly across the swatch. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for decorative schemes where colour and texture are the focus.

How to use it

Use this blush tone to soften neutral upholstery or to add warmth beside pale oak, limestone and brushed brass. It would also sit well in drapery where its quiet pink-grey depth can glow gently in daylight.

A muted blush neutral that works beautifully on cushions, drapes or a simple upholstered piece.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
