Porter & Stone

Atlas Indigo

Misc Fabric

Atlas Indigo is a dark, quietly textured blue with a cool, almost charcoal depth. The weave gives it a softly mottled surface that reads sophisticated rather than bright.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and supplied at 145cm wide, Atlas Indigo has no pattern repeat, making it an easy choice for clean-lined upholstery or tailored drapery. The swatch shows a deep indigo-blue ground with charcoal overtones, so the colour feels muted and grounded rather than vivid. Its fine woven texture catches the light in a restrained way, adding movement without introducing a visible motif. Care is listed as 1<NTQ.

How to use it

Use Atlas Indigo to anchor a scheme with pale oak, stone, or chalk white, where its cool depth can add contrast without feeling harsh. It also works well in layered blue-and-grey interiors that need a darker, more elegant foundation.

Pairs well with pale woods and crisp neutrals for a tailored, modern look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
