Atlas Plum

Misc Fabric

Atlas Plum is a richly coloured plain weave in a deep berry-plum shade. The surface has a subtle slubbed texture that softens the darkness of the colour and gives the fabric a quietly tactile finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and measuring 145cm wide, Atlas Plum has no pattern repeat, making it straightforward to cut and use across larger pieces. The fabric reads as a dark plum with brown undertones, so the colour feels dense and moody rather than bright or red. In the image, the weave is visible as a fine crosshatch that adds depth without introducing a formal pattern. The overall effect is plush and understated, with a low-sheen finish that catches light gently across the surface.

How to use it

Use Atlas Plum to bring warmth and depth to upholstered seating, cushions or padded headboards, especially against pale oak, stone or warm grey finishes. Its saturated plum tone also works well with brass accents and deep green or charcoal schemes.

A rich plum tone with a quiet woven texture, ideal when you want colour without pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
