Bergen Grey

Misc Fabric

Bergen Grey pairs a soft dove-grey ground with a lively scatter of stylised floral stems and seedheads. The pale yellow, white and charcoal details keep the design fresh rather than heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric measures 140cm wide with a 32cm pattern repeat, making the motif easy to plan across curtains or light decorative soft furnishings. The grey background reads cool and calm, while the yellow accents add a sunny lift without overpowering the palette. White stems and petal shapes give the print a crisp outline, and the small charcoal details add contrast where the flowers are clustered. It has a clean, lightly playful feel that suits rooms needing pattern without visual weight.

How to use it

Use Bergen Grey for curtains, blinds or relaxed cushions where you want the soft grey ground to steady brighter woods, painted whites or pale stone finishes. The yellow highlights work especially well in rooms with warm brass or oak accents.

The muted grey ground keeps the yellow-and-white motif light and easy to live with.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bergen Grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
