About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton and measuring 140cm wide, St Tropez Charcoal has a 12.4cm pattern repeat that keeps the check clear and balanced across larger pieces. The colourway reads as a subdued charcoal taupe, with the darker lines softened by the pale ground so the design feels calm rather than stark. The surface has the matte, natural look of cotton, with enough body to suit either upholstery or drapery where a neat checked pattern is wanted. Care is NQT1<, so it should be specified with the appropriate finishing and maintenance in mind.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a small armchair, bench cushion or roman blind where the restrained taupe-grey palette can echo timber, linen and painted joinery. It works especially well in rooms that want pattern without strong contrast.
