Greenwich Oatmeal

Plains & Semi Plains Fabric

Greenwich Oatmeal is a quietly textured plain with a soft oatmeal-beige appearance and a subtle diagonal weave visible across the surface. The finish reads warm and light, with enough grain to keep the cloth from looking flat.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in 100% recycled polyester and has a usable width of 150cm, with a 10cm pattern repeat. In this colourway, the beige sits in a warm oatmeal register rather than a stark cream, so it feels gentle and relaxed rather than bright. The fine diagonal texture catches the light lightly, giving the surface a soft dry hand look and a little movement across the cloth. It is a versatile plain that can sit comfortably on upholstered pieces or be used for softer furnishing applications where a calm neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use Greenwich Oatmeal to soften clean-lined seating, especially alongside pale oak, limestone and muted green accents. Its warm beige tone also works well for curtains where you want light to feel filtered rather than stark.

A calm neutral that layers easily with timber, stone and warmer accent tones.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
