Greenwich Mineral

Plains & Semi Plains Fabric

Greenwich Mineral shows a calm pale cream ground with a subtle mineral cast and a fine, understated woven surface. The close texture gives the fabric quiet depth without reading as patterned from a distance.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% recycled polyester, Greenwich Mineral has a neat, low-key handle that makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The cloth is 150cm wide, with a 10cm pattern repeat, and the small chevron-like texture creates just enough movement across the surface. In this colourway the shade sits between warm cream and soft stone, with a lightly muted finish that feels airy rather than bright. The overall effect is clean and versatile, with the weave catching light gently instead of producing a strong sheen.

How to use it

Use Greenwich Mineral where you want a soft, neutral base that won’t compete with timber, linen or painted joinery. Its pale mineral tone is especially effective in calm, layered schemes with sage, putty and weathered oak.

A soft neutral that works cleanly with pale timber, stone and muted green accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
