About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton, this 140cm-wide fabric has a 64cm pattern repeat that gives the trailing botanical motif room to breathe. The cream background keeps the design airy, while the leaves and seed heads sit in a calm palette of olive-grey, chestnut, slate blue and soft ochre. The hand of the cloth reads as a classic printed cotton rather than a heavy upholstery weave, with enough body for curtains, blinds and lighter decorative use. Its overall effect is natural and gently traditional, with the darker leaf outlines adding definition without making the pattern feel harsh.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, Roman blinds or accent cushions where the warm cream base can lighten a room without looking stark. It works especially well with oak, painted timber and earthy neutrals that echo the muted foliage shades.

Pair with natural woods and muted solids to let the leaf pattern and berry tones stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
