About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton, Stockholm Indigo has a 140cm width and a 64cm pattern repeat, making the design easy to plan for larger drops or matched upholstery sections. The colourway reads as cool indigo blue layered with pale teal, chalky cream and warm rust red, so the overall effect feels structured but not harsh. The broken, brushlike lines give the surface a textured look even though the base cloth appears smooth and clean. Its mid-weight cotton character and balanced scale make it suited to both curtains and occasional upholstery pieces where the pattern can be shown off.

How to use it

Use it to bring colour to a pared-back room: the indigo and teal tones sit neatly with oak, white paint and brushed metal. It also works as a smart Roman blind or a feature armchair fabric where the vertical rhythm can add height.

A crisp geometric print that works well as a statement curtain or tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
