Snug FR Truffle
Reform FR Fabric
Snug FR Truffle is shown here as a plain, closely woven fabric in a warm truffle brown. The surface has a soft, matte look with just enough texture to stop the colour feeling flat.

About this fabric
This Reform FR colourway has a grounded truffle-brown tone that reads warm and earthy rather than red or grey. The weave is fine and even, with a gently mottled appearance that gives the cloth depth when light moves across it. Although no further specification data was supplied, the fabric is catalogued as a textile SKU within Fryett's Fabrics' Reform FR collection, and this swatch appears best suited to upholstery thanks to its steady, substantial handle. The colour sits comfortably in a neutral scheme, but its richer brown cast gives it more presence than a pale beige or taupe.
How to use it
Use this shade on a sofa, banquette or headboard where its warm brown tone can anchor paler walls and wood finishes. It pairs especially well with ivory, caramel and dark oak for a calm, tailored scheme.
A warm neutral that works beautifully on tailored seating and layered with cream or tobacco tones.

Pairs well with
Snug FR Truffle is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
