About this fabric

This colourway reads as a deep brown with cool charcoal undertones, so the surface looks subdued and versatile rather than overtly warm. The plain weave is clearly visible in the swatch, giving the fabric a dry, tactile texture that suits furniture and window treatments alike. Made from 80% polyester and 20% cotton, it offers a practical balance of durability and softness, and the 140cm width makes it straightforward for larger upholstery or drapery projects. With a pattern repeat of 0cm, it is an uncomplicated option for clean-lined interiors where the fabric itself provides the interest through tone and texture.

How to use it

Use Nirvana Iron on a sofa, bench or headboard to add depth without introducing a pattern. It also works well for curtains in rooms with stone, oak or off-white finishes, where the dark brown will feel tailored and cocooning.
