About this fabric

This colourway reads as a restrained olive-grey, with the brown undertone of the weave keeping it warm rather than khaki-bright. The small, even texture gives it a tailored, fabric-led look, and the 0cm pattern repeat makes it an easy coordinate for larger schemes. Woven in 80% polyester and 20% cotton, and measuring 140cm wide, it is a practical plain from Fryett's Plains & Semi Plains collection. Its balanced body makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery where a subtle, hard-working neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, banquette or simple curtains where you want colour without noise. The muted elephant tone pairs well with pale oak, putty, charcoal and chalky white.
