About this fabric

This plain fabric from Fryett's Fabrics is composed of 80% polyester and 20% cotton, with a 140cm width and a 0cm pattern repeat. The surface visible in the swatch has a fine, textile grain that gives the colour extra depth, rather than a smooth flat finish. In this colourway, the mulberry shade appears very dark and close-knit, with restrained red undertones that show up only where the light catches the weave. The overall effect is luxurious and compact, making it suitable where you want colour presence without a printed or patterned look.

How to use it

Use this mulberry tone on an armchair, ottoman or tailored cushions to bring a jewel-like note into a room. It pairs especially well with brass, smoked oak and softened ivory for a grounded, intimate scheme.
