About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric has a 140cm width and a generous 35.5cm vertical by 36cm horizontal repeat, making the design feel bold and continuous across a larger surface. The composition of 93% polyester and 7% lurex gives the cloth its slightly lustrous finish, which is visible in the warm gold highlights scattered over the deep plum-black ground. The pattern reads as an abstract web of fine lines and irregular flashes, so the colourway feels more atmospheric than literal. With no performance features noted and care code NQT1, it is best chosen for interiors where its decorative depth can be the focal point.

How to use it

The deep amethyst tone works beautifully with dark wood, smoked glass and aged brass, where the gold detail can echo other warm accents. It would also bring richness to curtains or occasional upholstery in a room that needs a more dramatic, evening feel.

Use with velvet, walnut and brass for a rich, jewel-toned scheme.
