About this fabric

Woven in 53% polyester and 47% viscose, this fabric has a smooth surface with a subtle lustre that catches the light across the raised and matte stripes. The 140cm width and 17.5cm pattern repeat make it practical for measured scheme planning, whether you are covering a seat or hanging it at the window. In this aubergine colourway, the darker stripes read as a smoky plum, while the lighter bands introduce a warm olive-brown contrast that stops the palette from feeling flat. The result is a smart, textural fabric with a tailored look and a distinctly moody warmth.

How to use it

Use it on a statement chair, ottoman or cushions where the aubergine tones can sit against oak, bronze or aged brass. It also works well in a room with muted neutrals, adding colour without losing the refined striped structure.
